Team & facilities
The roster, the facility columns and how many people each facility is split between all live in Settings. Changes there apply to the next schedule you generate.
How it works
- Lists all facility files from the folder
- Counts rows (including header) per file
- Divides the rows between the people assigned to each facility
- Generates a formatted Excel schedule
Notes
- • Names move up one slot each week automatically
- • The right-side assignments are copied from the master
- • Rows 22-28 are left blank for manual entry
